This dynamic role is ideal for an agronomy professional passionate about precision farming, operational analytics, and leadership development.

The farm is supported by a dedicated team of experts, driving innovation in floriculture.

In this role, you will:

• Drive Data-Backed Decisions: Analyse production, pest management, fertigation, and climate data to optimize crop performance and operational efficiency.

• Strengthen Data Integrity: Build real-time dashboards, improve data collection processes, and ensure accurate, actionable reporting across farm operations.

• Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with senior agronomy and operations teams to translate insights into practical improvements, driving growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

MSc in Agronomy from a recognized agricultural institution (mandatory).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational data.

Knowledge of hydroponic cultivation is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard creation.
