Post doc position in process based modelling of greenhouse gas

At NIBIO, we have an open post doc position in process based modelling of greenhouse gas emissions. The position is linked to the research project "Climate smart use of Norwegian organic soils” (MYR), funded by the Research Council of Norway. The project has an international team of experts working with experimental as well as modelling approaches. The position is for three years.

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:

• PhD in agriculture, plant sciences, soil sciences, environmental sciences, or similar
• Solid skills in development and use of process based agricultural or biogeochemical models
• Fluency in minimum one programming language
• Good command of written and verbal English
